About my Coaching
I provide one-on-one coaching to CEOs and product leaders at VC and PE-backed companies who need to move fast and lead with confidence amid rapid change and complex stakeholder dynamics. I’ve been in your shoes, serving as CEO or head of product at four VC/PE-backed companies with three exits ranging from $1 to $2B. I know firsthand what works (and what doesn’t) and share successes, mistakes, playbooks, and thought-provoking questions to help you gain clarity, build confidence, align your team, and deliver life-changing results.
I work solely for you, with no competing incentives. With an informed outside perspective, I help you shift from reactive to proactive, uncover blind spots, lead with greater impact, maximize your team’s performance, and make targeted adjustments to stay energized. I also provide a trusted space to strategize and navigate high-stakes communications and decisions.
How I operate
I work on a monthly retainer basis with unlimited meetings and support via email and text. Most clients choose to meet for 45-60 minutes weekly or bi-weekly with ad hoc interactions in-between.
My monthly retainer is $1K for product leaders and $2K for CEO’s
I offer a free 60-minute session to see if I’m a good fit to help you reach your goals
I typically engage for a single month and then we decide if a longer engagement make sense
I cap my coaching base to 10 clients at a time, I’m in your corner and dedicate a slice of my time, energy, and focus to helping you win
Fees are typically covered by the company
All sessions are confidential

I coach the whole person (professional and personal) with an eye on professional outcomes
You define the priorities and guide where we focus
Sometimes you guide the conversation, sometimes I guide the conversation, and sometimes we mutually explore something together
I am deeply listening and asking questions, facilitating an environment where you can think strategically and find the best path forward
